Paul Warne can make a move for a five-goal striker at Derby County to unlock Chris Martin 2.0.

According to recent sources, Derby County is one of the Championship teams interested in acquiring 25-year-old striker Sidibeh from St Johnstone.
The dynamic striker, who joined St Johnstone from Scottish non-league team Warrington Rylands in January of this year, is also coveted by Burnley and Middlesbrough.

He went on to score five goals in fifteen Scottish Premiership games, including a spectacular overhead kick and three of his previous five.

This summer, Derby County is in serious need of a striker with the same kind of production and skill as former Rams great Chris Martin.
He was a true poacher-type striker for Derby County, netting 76 goals in 224 appearances overall. He typically did not score goals from close range.

Sidibeh and Martin are similar in many ways; Sidibeh scored all five of his goals for St Johnstone from inside the box, and both players possess genuine speed and strength.

His highlights demonstrate that, despite his smaller frame, he is a player who can push past opponents and break through defenses to get into scoring positions.

His physicality should prepare him well for a possible summer move to the Championship, but it’s unclear how much the Rams or any other purchasing team would have to pay for him.

If Sidibeh is unavailable, Warne needs a striker with the clinical and potent skills of Martin, who can adapt to the Championship and produce the goals required to avoid relegation.
