Caitlin Clark breaks yet another WNBA rookie record.

Caitlin Clark continues to shatter rookie records in the WNBA.
Why Do People Hate Indiana Fever Rookie Caitlin Clark?
Clark was back in the mood to make history on Sunday, following his feat on Friday against the Atlanta Dream, when the Indiana Fever defeated them 91-79, making him the fastest rookie in WNBA history to record at least 250 points and 100 assists.

Initially, during the Indiana Fever’s 88-87 loss to the Chicago Sky, Clark broke the franchise record most assists in a single game by giving out 13 assists.

However, Clark’s all-around performance was what really caused her to create WNBA history once more.

On Sunday, Clark packed the stat sheet. Finishing with 17 points, 13 assists, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals, the 6-foot rookie guard was a success. Clark made five of his nine 3-pointers during the game.

Clark made league history with the performance, being the first rookie to ever score 15 points or more, give out 10 assists or more, and make five or more 3-pointers in a WNBA game.

Clark currently has 293 points, 119 assists, 98 rebounds, 27 steals, and 16 blocks for the season. Clark has a field goal percentage of 39.9%, a 3-point percentage of 35.1%, and a free throw percentage of 88.8%.

5.4 rebounds, 1.5 steals, 6.6 assists, and 16.3 points are all averaged by Clark per game.

There’s more history in store for Clark. Clark would surpass Shannon Johnson’s record as the fastest WNBA rookie to 300+ points, 100+ rebounds, and 100+ assists with seven points and two rebounds in the Fever’s following game. In 22 games, Johnson accomplished the feat.

Indiana takes on the Seattle Storm on Thursday night at 9 p.m. CT on Amazon Prime. The Storm defeated the Fever 103-88 in Indiana on May 30 after defeating Indiana 85-83 in Seattle on May 22. The Storm have now won both of their opening two meetings this season.
